lp.webp

Lauren holds degrees in English and Music Performance from the University of Kentucky, as well as a Master’s degree in Education.  She has been instructing students for nearly a decade, and has toured Italy and the Czech Republic as a vocal performer. She was a featured entertainer in the University of Kentucky’s It's A Grand Night For Singing and has been a part of several original pieces of theater: including the immersive work, Be Our Guest, at the Kentucky Castle, as well as the premier production of Next Stop.
Lauren believes artists are capable of accessing higher levels of freedom and self expression through the art of performance, and has a tremendous passion to see young artists find their voice and purpose. She specializes in breathing techniques, tone clarity, audition/live performance prep, acting through song, and stage presence.

About Soar Studios

Soar Studios is a welcoming place where children and young adults can explore their singing ability.  Soar Studios' voice lessons are taught from The Ballroom House Dance & Arts Center.  Students also have the option of taking lessons online through Zoom.

This is a space for young creatives to grow into who they are as a singer, supported by an understanding of basic music theory fundamentals. Through Soar Studios, students will be able to access higher levels of singing, gain confidence where they feel lacking, and discover their own unique gift of singing.
